One to one sessions
 
Sessions are 50 minutes long and happen on a weekly basis.
 
To begin with we always have an asessment session where I get to know you and your needs.
 
This gives me the opportunity to explain how we will approach your counselling, how it works and what you want to achieve from the sessions. 
 
Sessions start from £60
What's next....
 
You can book your initial session on the phone, via email or through our contact page.
 
We aim to offer you an appointment within 48 hours.
 
We can offer concessional rates, that will be means tested depending on circumstances and for charities.
 
We require 72 hours notice to cancel your session to avoid being charged.

Location and Facilities

 

We are based at 20 trinity street in Colchester.

Situated on Trinity Street in the town centre we are just a short walk from the bus or train stations, with easy access to any of the main car parks.

Our location is just a few hundred yards from the disabled lift to Vineyard Street car park.

Please let us know about your disabilities when booking your session so we can make suitable arrangements for you.
